# Immutable Reputation System

The reputation of AI models, datasets, and contributors is maintained through blockchain-based decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials. This system allows for the creation of a tamper-proof record of contributions, interactions, and reviews. Since all reputational data is stored on a public blockchain, it is immutable and cannot be altered by malicious actors. This transparency ensures that high-quality models and datasets are accurately recognized, while poor contributions are duly noted.
